Jeri Reneau has had a knack for organizing as long as she can remember and has found ways to use her organizing skills in every position she's had in her professional career. She attended College of the Ozarks where she studied Early Childhood Education and minored in music.  From those early days working at her college radio station organizing CD catalogs, to being the roller-skating usher in a Branson music theater who also organized, photographed, and cataloged its warehouse of stage costumes after hours, if there was an organizing problem, she solved it.  During her many years working in retail for The Gap and Hanna Andersson, she was the happiest organizing stock rooms and supply closets, setting floor plans, leading visual merchandising teams, and later becoming a member of management.  In her free time, you'd find her conquering clutter for friends and co-workers for the pure satisfaction of it. Jeri is now a full-time professional organizer who provides household support to families in the Lincoln, NE area.  She also currently serves as House Hero to her husband, three sons, and their two cats.

Olivia Pietrafesa studied at Hobart and William Smith colleges, graduating Cum Laude with a BA in Psychology. Her professional experience includes working in Manhattan, NY for the Hallowell Center as Administrative Lead, managing the schedules of a large clinical staff, and Patient Care Coordinator. Following her years in New York City, Olivia moved to London to work for the creator of bespoke clothing label, Alix of Bohemia, helping the designer launch her clothing line and organize her business. Olivia has recently returned to the States and settled in Providence, Rhode Island. She is excited to be a member of the Smartly Sorted professional team!
